That was lunch, and dinner last night. Okay in the right surroundings. I have been caught out twice today saying the wrong thing. Tess will not be surprised. The phrase, "there is a nip in the air" is entirely reasonable in temperatures approaching freezing, however, my companions think it unwise to use it in Japan. I think it a bit PC personally but am trying to use alternatives.
I'm not sure we have made the ideal preparation for skiing tomorrow. I had 4 hours sleep last night, we have finished half a bottle of Cointreau watching the festival and we all have sore knees after wailing around the village. Early finish May be on the cards tonight.
